Jingles Recent Events and Functions

Here is just a small selection of the many events/functions Jingles has attended over the past few months.

Kate and Tom's Wedding at Hetland Hall. My first wedding of 2012. A lovely couple from Coventry. I was a bit concerned about the early start, but it was a really good night. The Ceilidh music worked very well, especially the strip the willow. It has been a while since I have seen so many guests as eager to dance to Scottish music.

Hogmanay at Easterbrook Hall. What a fantastic end to 2011. Thanks very much to Angela from Easterbrook Hall for the booking. It was a pleasure to work with you and your team. Also thanks to Derrick and the rest of the guys from the ceilidh band Two Left Feet. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

Querida and Rob's Wedding in the Duncan Rooms at Easterbrook Hall. A really nice couple, all the way from Derby. Thanks for your kind comments Querida " I have seen people dancing tonight that have never danced at parties before". I also appreciate you taking the time time to post the thank you card to me.

Michelle's 40th at the Crichton Club. Another very good night, busy dancfloor all night. Thanks to John for your kind comments at the end.

Dumfries Academy Masquerade Ball. Excellent night. It was a pleasure to play to 150 pupils, who were out for a great time from the very first track until the end of the night. Thanks to Fraser for the booking.

Georgetown School Halloween party. Nice one Georgetown, lot's of very enthusiastic children mostly in fancy dress. Chart music plus party games. Very enjoyable.

Emily's 10th Birthday Party. Lot's of party games and current music. All the children had a fantastic time, even the boy's were dancing! Thanks to Emily's mum for her kind comments.

Rachel's 21st at the Abbey Inn. This has got to be one of the best 21st's this year. The dancfloor was full nearly all night, with a good mix of current music and also some older/party tracks. Everyone very happy.

Jane & Scott's Wedding, at Mabie House Hotel. A very good night, both Bride and Groom very happy.

Moffat Academy Prom at Friars Carse. Wow, what a night. I had high hopes for this before I went and you guy's did not disappoint. The dance floor was jumping all night. Fantastic event in beautiful surroundings.

Nicola & James, Wedding at Hetland Hall. A very nice couple, all the way from Lincoln. Married at Gretna. A small wedding party on a Monday, and you danced all night. Really nice to have met you all.

David's 80th at Auldgirth Inn. An enjoyable night. Thanks to John, David's son for your comments "very professional set up. I would have no problem recommending you or using you again".

Ruby Wedding at Abbey Inn for Jean & Billy. A good night, nice to meet the people from Ireland who came over for the party.

40th Birthday Party at Dumfries Bowling Club. Happy Birthday Menchor, you said they liked dancing! They certainly didn't disappoint. Loads of compliments at the finish, fantastic night. Thanks for booking Jingles.

Garry's 40th at the Aberdour Hotel. Garry chose most of the music for his party, which worked very well, and it allowed me to play some tunes which I hadn't played for a long time.

Friars Carse Wedding Fayre. Stunning setting for a wedding. Very busy day. Thanks to Nick at Friars Carse for your help, and also to everyone who enquired about Jingles.
